COMET-Farm does not include any fuel related emission reductions in the COMET report. For example, if you reduce the number of tillage passes in a season, less fuel is used. Any emission reductions in emissions associated with the fuel reduction is not included in the COMET-Farm project report.
You could use the COMET-Energy tool, or other tools similar, to assess fuel related emission reductions.
