The methodology for cows under the age of one year do not exist at this time and are negligible. When accounting for cow-calf operations, the calf emissions are estimated based on the cow's diet and energy required for lactation.
COMET-Farm is not designed to estimate the emissions for dairy cattle under the age of 1 year.
